A single padlock is used to secure each lockout point on the equipment. Workers can place their keys in the group lockout box, and each authorised employee can then secure the lock box with their own personal padlock. When the job is done, the personnel take their own padlock out of the lock box, releasing the keys inside. Group Lockout Boxes prevent keys from being accessible until the last lock has been removed.
The S600 Group Lock Box is made of 430 grade stainless steel and can withstand even the most extreme conditions. This Group Lock Box's tough structure provides superior design features, making these lock boxes both stronger and easier to use. Multiple boxes may be stored and transported more easily thanks to the stackable design.
2 Types of Scaffold Tag
A scaffold tag system with the following colour schemes is commonly used: Green, Yellow, and Red.
Green Scaffold Tags
Tags will be affixed to scaffolds that have been examined and determined to be safe to use. After the initial inspection, a green "SAFE FOR USE" tag(s) should be put to the scaffold at each access point.
Yellow Scaffold Tags
When the scaffold has been modified to fulfil work needs, "CAUTION" tag(s) will replace all green "Safe Scaffold" tag(s), potentially posing a hazard to the user. This badge denotes further precautions for safe use.
NOTE: The "yellow tag" status is not meant to take precedence over the green tag system. All efforts should be taken to quickly return the scaffold to a "Green Tag" status.

Lockout Station
